A Dirk Niepoort project

Nat' Cool is Dirk Niepoort's answer to heavy, concentrated wines. He brings several producers together around one idea: light, fresh wines with little extraction, low alcohol and natural winemaking. Wines you pour without thinking twice.

That's why everything comes in a one-litre bottle, because 75 cl is simply not enough. Here you'll find the Drink Me wines from Bairrada, Vinho Verde, the Dão, the Douro and even the Mosel, the light Primata and Trudy, a ruby port you drink chilled. Kombu Viva is the alcohol-free branch: kombucha made from organic tea grown at Chá Camélia, the tea plantation of Dirk Niepoort and Nina Gruntkowski.
